So you have a half marathon coming up? Or perhaps a full marathon or maybe even an ultra!
Whatever it is, your trainers are likely taking a serious pounding. If you are not running you are thinking about running, preparing for a run, or eating everything in sight (as you are most likely eternally hungry right now!)
Trust us, we know this feeling. Every year we have dozens of individuals who take on 10km, half marathons and marathons all in aid of the Natalie Kate Moss Trust (check out what we have coming up here) and so we regularly hear about their training, the injuries (touch wood NOW!), the soreness, but equally the excitement of taking on a new challenge.
There are so many different elements that come into play when you start running more and preparing for your next big challenge, so the more information you have, the better, right…?
So, to help you along, we have listed below 8 running focused podcasts all to help you on your running journey, all offering something different.
